the location and value were acceptable.

i left clothes in the room, a call four days later revealed they found nothing. this really disappointed me. it left a bad impression regarding their service.

the promised upgrade didn't happen, and that was disappointing. i saw the room i was supposed to get a 'premium beautiful king room sofa' and it seemed much better than mine. also, the breakfast buffet felt a little repetitive, even after two nights.
